ZOM, rebranded as ZOM Living, enters its fifth decade in real estate with more than 7,600 units in the development pipeline in major metropolitan markets. As the leading edge of the Baby Boomers are now in their late 70s, the company has also moved confidently into senior housing. Despite pandemic challenges, in 2020, ZOM Living completed six multifamily projects and advanced construction on eight communities, including five new starts. Since 1977, the company has raised over $1.5 billion in equity capital for ZOM-sponsored projects, including 64 multifamily properties. ZOM sources equity capital from a large and diverse pool of private and institutional investors and has joint ventured on or developed nearly 22,500 apartment units nationwide with an aggregate value of nearly $4.5 billion. An additional 7,600 units are currently under construction or in the design/pre-development phase in Florida, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Boston and Washington, D.C.
